Dr. Lowe is a Fellow in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry, and adjunct faculty at the University of Wyoming School of Nursing. She specializes in Vision Therapy and has been an OEP, AOA and COVD member since a student at Pacific University. She has served every office in the Sports Vision Section of the American Optometric Association and the Wyoming Optometric Association. Dr. Lowe was elected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the College of Optometrist in Vision Development, Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, and Albany County Hospital District at Ivinson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Lowe has served on the international examining board of College of Optometrist in Vision Development and the western regional examining board of American Academy of Optometry. She was honored as one of one hundred distinguished practitioners in the National Academies of Practice in 1998. She has been in private practice in Laramie, Wyoming since 1980. Her special interest area and emphasis of practice lies in Vision Performance Enhancement and Rehabilitation, including pediatrics, geriatrics. She has served on the medical advisory board of the Albany County Headstart for 27 years and is on allied health professional staff at Ivinson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Lowe has lectured across the United States on Pediatrics and Sports Vision Performance Enhancement.
