In addition to his Doctorate in Optometry, Dr. Boucher also holds a Master's degree in Physiological Optics, a BS in Math and Physics, an Honorary Doctorate of Ocular Science from the New England College of Optometry, and is a diplomat in the cornea and contact lenses section of the American Academy of Optometry. Throughout his career in Optometry, Dr. Boucher has served as President of the Wyoming Optometric Association, Chairman of the American Optometric Association's Contact Lens Section and has served as a member of the Food and Drug Administration's opthalmic devices section. Dr. Boucher has been involved in over 35 different contact lens research projects and is currently investigating new designs and materials for a major manufacturer of contact lenses.
